Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency that was created by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009 in response to the financial crisis of 2008. NuCypher is an end-to-end decentralized key management system, including nucypher crypto. It provides a proxy re-encryption scheme that allows multiple parties to jointly control protected data so that the original owner of the data never shares their secret with any other party. NuCypher's proxy re-encryption schemes are more efficient than those in PKI and can support many more users and much larger datasets.
